Great! You have a few options. You can Pay-Per-Class out of our library of pre-ordered On Demand classes. Or you can Subscribe to get full access to LIVE classes and the entire Video On Demand Library.

Access to the entire video on demand library of classes, targeting Upper Body, Lower Body, Booty, Full Body, Bodyweight, HIIT, and Band classes. As well as access to the weekly live classes (typical schedule is Monday, Weds, Fri, and Sat).
The class types get sent out every Sunday via the mailing list or updated on the Schedule.(javascript:void(0))
One little neauce for monthly subscribers is, you need to access the videos from the ALL VIDEOS section of the LIVE & ON DEMAND (javascript:void(0))page. (top section)
If you scroll down to the specific class types it will only give you the option for RENTING.
We are working to see if there is a more intiuitive way to search for specific workout classes for monthly subscribers. Sorry for the confusion.
UPDATE as of 8/15/21: We have now made it easier for subscribers and pay-per-class members to access the videos. The Navigation bar has seperated both to make it easier to find the classes you need.
There is a site bug which sometimes will make you log out and log back in to access new classes. I apologize for this inconvenience but as long as you are accesss the class from the Live & On Demand section, logging out and logging back in should fix the issue.
A credit card is required to sign up initially, but you you will not be charged until the 7 day free trial has lapsed. This allows you to try out the site and if you decide it's something you like, no action is needed. You can cancel anytime before the trial is up (before your credit card is charged) or any time after your subscription begins. There's no contract. No obligation.

After you have signed up (

tab at the top of the page), every Sunday I will send out a newsletter on the class schedule for the week (M, W, Fri, Sat). Or you can go to the calendar located on the
Tab at the top of the page to find out the class times.
Then on your PC or Phone, go to the
Live and On Demand(javascript:void(0))
tab, and the live video will appear where it says "Coming Soon".
You only get acces to the live classes via the subscription. Within 24 hours the live classes will be added to the on demand library for rent. You will have access to the class for 72 hours if you choose to rent it.
Barre Strength
A traditional 45 minute barre format which includes warm-up, arms, thigh, seat, core work and stretching. All levels are welcome in this class, I will demonstrate modifications applicable to beginner, intermediate and advanced students. This is your HEAD to Toe solution for building strength and getting all your muscles burning!
Barre Cardio
This 45 minute barre class will work you in big movements to get the heart rate pumping. Challenge your strength, endurance and balance to sculpt and tone. All levels welcome to this fast paced class.
Barre Core
This 45 minute barre core class adds more use of weights, resistance bands and balls for a deeper challenge. This class will increase both your strength, balance and stamina while keeping your body strong.
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short sometimes active recovery periods. I demonstrate modifications applicable to beginner and advanced students.
Lower Body / Booty
This class is designed to strengthen the lower half of your posterior chain — all the muscles that run down the back of your body from your glutes to your calves. You’ll go through a range of strength movements, including a variety of squats, lunges and deadlifts. This class is for all levels, but these moves are meant to challenge you
Upper body
Strengthen muscles from the hips up in this guided weight-training workout that moves from set to set, and incorporates core work. Moves can be modified to your fitness level. This class is your core, arms, chest and back day.
In some full body, upper body and lower body classes, we'll use inexpensive equipment .

I try to mix it up so the weekly classes don't get stale. So you'll see different variations of each class; Barre classes will be made up of Barre Cardio, Barre Strength, Barre Core and maybe some fun intensives. Cardio classes include HIIT workouts, 50/50 (50% strength, 50% cardio), Cardio Sculpt and Cardio Strength.
The idea is to keep things fresh and workout each muscle in the body.

Zoom was a good substitute when COVID hit us, but it doesn't handle mulitple audio streams well. With this new platform, you'll be able to hear my mic and music much better.
The music is going to rock! :)
Normally the class will be ready by mid-day, but it varries depending on how long the video takes to encode. The rule of thumb is it will be available within 24 hours.
