Select from hundreds of on demand classes focusing on different muscle groups and workout right from your living room.  Classes range from $10-$12 and are available for rent and can be streamed for up to  72 hours. Some specialty classes (such as intensives, fundraisers or charity classes) can be downloaded and stored on your mobile device.  Take them on the go!
